The Berklee College of Music Media Relations records are divided into four series.

Series 1, Press Clippings: The Press Clippings series contains articles from newspapers about Berklee College of Music and Berklee events. This series is arranged chronologically.

Series 2, Berklee Affiliates: The Berklee Affiliates series contains clippings about individuals associated with Berklee, including alumni and board members. This series is arranged alphabetically by last name.

Series 3, Audiovisual Materials: Similar to series 1, the Audiovisual Materials series contains video clips about Berklee College of Music and Berklee events on VHS and DVD; this series also includes a few photo CDs. This series is arranged chronologically.

Series 4, Operational Files: The Operational Files series contains records that document Media Relations' activities and events. This series is arranged chronologically.
