This subseries primarily contains institutional reports and copies of amendments, by-laws, and articles of organization produced or maintained by the Board in the 1930s and 1990s. This series also contains a small number of photographs of Board members from the 1960s and a Board of Trustees handbook from 1994.

Collection is open for research by appointment, with the exception of Series 2, Subseries 2 (Board of Trustees meeting minutes), which is restricted 30 years from date of creation except to senior leadership or by special permission from the Associate Director of Archives and Special Collections.

Advance notice is required for access because materials are stored offsite.
