This subseries contains Board of Trustees meeting minutes from the 1920s through the 2010s (bulk 1970s-2016), as well as selected meeting records from the executive offices and other committees. This series also includes an index of amendments/votes by the Board between 1927 and 2013.

Conditions Governing Access
Collection is open for research by appointment, with the exception of Series 2, Subseries 2 (Board of Trustees meeting minutes), which is restricted 30 years from date of creation except to senior leadership or by special permission from the Associate Director of Archives and Special Collections.
Advance notice is required for access because materials are stored offsite.
